Hey, I'm really hoping someone can help me out. I recently got a new Motherboard, an AsRock 4CoreDual-SATA2, and finally got it working pretty well for me, using the Leo4All 10.5.2 build since the others wouldn't work, but after having it installed and set up, when downloading a torrent, and it seems to be if the speed is pretty high, the internet connection will completely die, and change from "Connected" to "Self-Assigned IP", and then there is no possible way of making it reconnect without restarting the computer.

The Ethernet is a VIA Rhine II, but I've also tried a PCI ethernet card, and BOTH do the same disconnecting problem and it only seems to happen when a torrent is downloading.

I tried this sysctl.conf file fix that I read on here and put it in my /etc directory, but that didn't seem to help much.

Can someone please help me? I've got a perfect Hackintosh with EFI for the first time ever, and I can't seem to keep my connection.

Thanks.

I have the same problem, with my internal ethernet card and also with a intel pro 1000 MT and a 3c-905tx cards. I am running leo4all also. My motherboard is a asus p5vd2 with a core2duo. If someone found the solution, it would be great!
