Hello,

I've got JaS Tiger 10.4.8 installed on a Compaq Presario 5320US, running beautifully. It's got a P4 processor, which has only SSE2.

I downloaded the Kalyway 10.5.1 DVD quite a while ago, but never got around to installing it. Well, now I want to. and it wont let me.

I put the DVD in the drive, it brings up the boot menu. I hit start and it starts loading the DVD. After it finishes loading darwin x86 (you know, where it says Loading Darwin X86 with the little spinning thing under it ) (without getting to that small text) it restarts the computer, and it keeps going like this in a circle until I take the DVD out.

Is my DVD bad?

What can I do to fix this!?

I've tried -x, -v, and vanilla at start up and nothing fixes the problem!!

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
