bobousse Posted March 19, 2008 Share Posted March 19, 2008 hey everyone i need mac os for different reasons, so i started read some stuff about it haha i saw a tutorial on this forum for my mainboard with the iatkos release so i tried, i followed the tutorial carrefully, but i can't really start the installation, i'm just blocked at this screen i put the dvd in an ide dvd drive, and i'm trying to install the system on an ide hard drive i trie with the following options at the boot prompt: "-v" "-v -f cpus=1" "-c -x cpus=1" but with all of them i arrive to the previous screen and the computer reboot by itself so i'm writing this message for help thanks to everyone who will take the time to read this message ps: sorry for my poor english, i'm a french guy edit: i did forget to describe my hardware setup mainboard: asus p5n-e sli processor: intel core 2 duo e6750 memory: 2x1Go G-Skill 40Go ide hard drive ide dvd drive -- bobousse Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
