cooldraft
How can I tell if my partition scheme is one of these? It is HFS+. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/94410-how-do-i-tell-if-my-partition-is-mbr-or-guid/ Share on other sites
S.SubZero
Fire up Disk Utility, highlight the drive (not partition) and right click, the Information. cooldraft
It says Apple Partition Map. How to I make it MBR or GUID? Maybe I missed some explanation somewhere of APM=MBR or visa versa. If I have to reformat it won't be the end of the world, but how do I do it? The erase doesn't have MBR or Guid either (or I don't know what I am looking for).
