I just hope someone here know's how to fix this, I have an Hp pavillion dv9000 and installed Vmware workstation 6.0.0 build 45731 and i've installed MacOS Tiger 10.4.11 XxX_Os_86 Install disk intel. The isntallation went perfect but when i try to restart it just show's a black screen with a single cursor on it and nothing happens. if someone could help it would be great. Boot the DVD and let the bootloader timeout (do not hit any key) If that boots the OS your install is good. marc180 Posted March 17, 2008 Author Share Posted March 17, 2008 i tried the first thing, i let it timed out and i got an error System config file '/com.apple.Boot.plist' not found. is there something wrong with the disk...... p.s. i also tried the second option and it didn't work.......
