Realtek RTL8187B wireless USB alias NetgearWG311v3

I have a Toshiba Satellite L355-S7915 with a realtek 8187b usb 2 wireless adapter. I found "Realtek_RTL8187B-1.0-00010" package at http://www.osx86.net/downloads.php?do=file&id=2002. I installed per directions in the read me file. The hard part, never using or understanding anything "Mac" was figuring out how to set it up. But with some patience and reading I did manage to get my wireless up and working. By the way I am using Mac OS X 10.7.2 Lion.
