Exploit
Ok, so i have previously been running JaS 10.4.8 (which was running fine) untill i decided to update to 10.4.9 using (http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=45283&hl) (my Ipod stopped mounting and i had lots of strange things happening). So i decided to delete all and reformat my HDD's. My System: Mobo : AsRock 775i65G LGA775 CPU : Pentium D - Dual Core 2.8 GHZ RAM : 2 x 1GB DDR HDD's : 232 S-ATA (100Gb Windows XP [:F])(132 Free space) + a 15GB storage drive [:E] DVD : LITE-ON DVD-RW LH-20A1H PSU : 500W Today i decided to have another go with an iATkos DVD i had downloaded previously and could not get to work, i loaded up the JaS 10.4.8 installer DVD and formatted my Mac HDD partition (130GB) (people had told me to use the JaS install to format my drives because it fixed a iAtkos error). I then booted the iAtkos DVD ran the darwin boot utlity (using darwin not EFI because last time i tryed EFI i got a blinking cursor) and customised my install so it would just install the Nvidia 128mb driver, i left all the same. after it had installed and trys to boot it just comes up with loading darwin (5)(4)(3) ect... and when it gets to (1) the PC just reboots itself switching off the screen. Any advice and tips on what im doing wrong?? Im currently downloading Kalaway 10.5.1 (but it will take a while) Please help, and thanks for reading Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/93777-what-install-is-best-for-me/ Share on other sites

Chrillss
I'm to tired to think, but when it counts down, try pressing F8. A And if your partitions show then choose the partition you installed Leopard on.
