MrRandom Posted March 14, 2008 Share Posted March 14, 2008 Hi all. I was wondering if it would be possible to install osx86 and have it dual boot with vista on my dell inspiron 1501. I cant find any tutorials except making it boot osx nativly, but I want vista as well, as there are many programs i need vista to run and many documents I need to keep. I know so far that because of the hardware on my computer, I need to install osx in vmware. also, I have downloaded and burnt a osx 10.4 cd and am able to get it to boot. I even went as far as installing osx as a vmware machine with a virtual hard drive and I love it, but I know if it is installed as an os and can get all of my computers resources to itself, it will be alot faster.
