Headrush69 Posted March 11, 2008 Share Posted March 11, 2008 For starters, most of those selectable drivers you did not need, and when it says to hit a key to enter startup options, enter -v so you start in verbose mode. You said you have an XPS420, but you appear to have an ATI video card, which one? There are several threads about using a different AppleSMBIOS.kext to possibly get better results or search aqua-macs posts for how to hard code a correct value. There is nothing you can do other than buy a cheap $5 PCI card and install it.
