BiGGi3 Sm4lls
Ok, I got Iatkos working except when my bt home hub is plugged in by ethernet it says its unplugged because of my Intel 82566 DC Gigabit Network Connection card is not compatible with any OSx86 yet. I have a usb cable for Bt home hub to ethernet port in pc but I dont know if this will work. (I'm in XP right now by the way after uninstalling leopard) Any ideas that will get my iatkos to recognize the Bt Home hub? CompCrasher86
If you just want to try out leopard, why not just go to the Apple store for a couple hours, you'll learn more there too. I also reccomend buying a compatible LAN PCI card, they are so cheap nowadays. Cheerz BiggieSmalls I use a bt home hub on kalyway 10,5.2 it works with both the wireless card that came with the hub and lan. for the card use the attached file it lives in a folder Broadcom-Script on the mac drive.my lan uses mavell gigabyte the driver was selected on the install and uses DHCP which found the hub using the assist button in network prefs Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/92742-bt-home-hub-ethernet-alternative-in-iatkos-10ir2/#findComment-744411 Share on other sites
