streather
ok i acquired the flat image of leopard which allows you to install osx from within windows, now if i only have 1 hard drive in here (laptop) i can't use it as it writes the data to 1 disk and the different partitions show up as being on the same disk (a lesson i found out the hard way lol), is it possible to burn this onto a dvd and install it the old fashioned way or do i have to acquire a different disk image altogether? apologies if this is one of those questions that every noob asks but i couldn't find an answer with a quick search. cheers in advance for any replies Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/92669-is-it-possible-to-burn-the-flat-image-to-a-dvd/ Share on other sites
bilsta58
find ur hard disk number then open the .bat file in a text editor right click then choose edit and change it to HarddiskPUTYOURHARDISKNUMBERHERE\Partition2 (After its done just open and itll automatically write it) however you must create a second partition) You wont need to burn it to a DVD or disc that way but you wont have the darwin bootloader so try grub.
