skifischer Posted March 9, 2008 Share Posted March 9, 2008 I'm having some trouble getting Kalyway to install on my quad core computer, i'm not sure what the problem could be but heres the run down. I boot into kalyway, i press f8, type in -v to run in verbose mode. Gets all the way to the very end of loading kexts and drivers, says "starting darwin" and then... restarts. I've tried this with the ATI graphics card in, and without it with onboard intel graphics. Anyone know what the problem might be or what other flags i might have to call at disc boot? Here's hardware config: Proc: Intel Core 2 Quad Q600 2400 MHz Board Model: Intel G33T-AM Board Chipset: P35/G33 Mem: 4GB DDR2-666 (1 gig each slot) Graphics: ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro (256 MB) HD: 120GB SATA DVD Drive: DH16A1S SATA Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
