kublid Posted March 6, 2008 Share Posted March 6, 2008 I have burned the .iso file numeros times. when I attempt to boot from it to install - it hangs - I ran -v and it gets stuck on "Jettisoning Kernal linker" Any ideas? HP Pavilion laptop AMD Turion64 x200(chipset I think) Any ideas why the installer won't even boot up?? Malbec Posted April 17, 2008 Share Posted April 17, 2008 Hi, Im having the exact same problem... my specks are similar, AMD 4200, nforce 7200, sata 200gb, 2gb ram.. it hangs when trying to boot at the same line. I have installed it on my T60 and everything is good.. althouh for some reason it hangs on my desktop. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
