djxcrx88
hey ppl, this is my first time posting i love this forum! I have an HP DV2716ca notebook and i get this piece of {censored} "104-Unsupported wireless network device detected" Error! I've been trying the bios mod to write the dev and sub ID's to trick the bios into thinking my newly bought broadcom pci-e card its an intel card. They explain how to do it on this site: http://www.richud.com/HP-Pavilion-104-Bios-Fix/ ANYWAYS... i tried it and bricked my laptop, lucky for me my notebook has a recovery mode and i was able to restore the bios, but im still stuck without a working wifi card... So my question is: Is there a way to change the Broadcom card's dev id instead? and if so how would i go about doing such a thing? Please help me out, i love this notebook mac os runs flawlessly on it and this is the only thing thats {censored} about it. Thanks in advanced!
