Wayfarer247
When I open finder and go to the root of my HD for Leopard (named, Leopard, lol) it show a bunch of folders as they should be, but I also have 3 kernels, or at least, I think I do. I have listed: mach_kernel.vanilla tohkernel (from old Mac) vanilla (from old mac) Now, I did break my installation once, and reinstalled, and choose the option to bring everything back with Time Machine, so that may be where the (from old Mac) is coming from, but which Kernel there is working? Or are they not kernels and are something else...? I have Kalyway 10.5.2 and I installed Netkas sleep/shutdown/restart fix, but that didn't help. Thoughts? SticMAC™
the working one, "mach_kernel" is probably hidden! If you make you files and directories visible with a utility, you will see that it is there. Unless your Darwin bootloader set another kernel to load, you may get rid of those without any hassles!
