jimbo19
I have installed 10.5.1 fine and have two drives in same pc , one for windows XP and one for mac os x I have certain directories that are on a partition on my win xp drive that I do not want available at all in Mac. I dont even want Finder to see them , is there any way to permanently hide mask a partition that is ntfs or even the directory within it, so it never shows up or can be found from mac os ? westwaerts
you can unmount the drive in diskutil, but it shows up again on restart. ( or you just delete the ntfs drivers in osx) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/91632-hiding-ntfs-directories-or-drives/#findComment-653660 Share on other sites
