Tried both types of partition methods, vanilla kernel ... never have been able to get anything but a blinking cursor ... my research hasn't turned up anything .. if someone could point me to something or should I give up? 1 gig of ram and using Sata hard drive (500 gig) ... tried various settings in BIOS -- willing to try ANYTHING -- it's a core 2 duo 1.8 Mhz ... thanks charlie Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
sadsac786 Posted April 15, 2008 Share Posted April 15, 2008 Hi If you have a v1.0a board like mine- check your bios version. The latest bios version from the ecs website is not compatible!!.
