kmelew Posted March 2, 2008 Share Posted March 2, 2008 Thanks to these forums I've got XxX 10.4.11 working almost perfectly on my T40 except for one unusual problem. I am able to boot the laptop fine when it is plugged into AC. When I try to boot the laptop off of battery power it hangs. I can boot the laptop on AC then unplug it and it will run fine on battery power. I've gone into the BIOS and disabled all power saving features I could find but to no effect. I´m trying now to install the XxX 10.4.11, but I can´t make it to boot, do you know what combination of Kernel/patches I need to install? I´m capable to install the 7500 mobility and the ethernet in JaS 10.4.8, but in 10.4.11 I can´t. Can you please help me? Thanks a lot in advance.
