Sparky2002B Posted March 1, 2008 Share Posted March 1, 2008 Okay, so on a real iMac (just recently bought) with 10.5.2, I can't get any internet connection at all. I've manually set it up to use an IP address, DNS server, etc provided by the router, and the same settings on its Boot Camp partition work perfectly - this only happens in OS X; over airport or ethernet. What the heck is going on? How can I fix this? Safari insists that I am "not connected to the Internet". Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Macs are suppose to be out of the box, connected machines... not countless hours punching in your DNS...
