passionguy Posted February 14, 2006 Share Posted February 14, 2006 hello, my name is victor I want to use Mac OS X at my laptop.. but , I have two questions. first, wireless internet problem I use intel 2200bg . but Intel Mac OS X don't support this wireless lan.. so ..I waited long time.. I am tired... second, dual monitor problem.. this problem is prior to first .. very hard.. please apple new intel ibook using GMA chipset.. I hope this.. Obviously, if someone made significant progress with 2200BG, someone would post about it. The problem is to get IO80211Family working, and most guaranteed, it's not magically gonna start working if you are bitching about being tired of waiting?! Stop waiting AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT?! There are no solutions - yet - to the problems Victor has with the hardware, though a supported third-party wireless card would help. Dual monitors suggests you need a desktop installation - you can't carry those with your laptop! But really, the replies are correct - we must be patient for people more skilled than we are to come up with the solutions we seek, or we must roll up our sleeves and do some work ourselves. Reading the forum and the Wiki might inspire you.
