panic(cpu 0 caller 0x003aabd2f) error with KALYWAY 10.5.1..

Hi, I've tried it on 3 different computer... Dell optiplex 748, Intel based mb computer, and Asus server based board,

all the computer return the same error back ,

 

panic (CPU 0 caller 0x003a8D2F): Unable to find driver for this platform : "ACPI"

 

and it starts to display Debugger... blah blah.

and it stopped at

does anyone know wats going on ? something I did wrong ? thanks for the help !!
