mctonyb
Like the topic says, I'm having problems sharing my iTunes library. Actually, I should rephrase that, I can't pick up my other computer's iTunes libraries on my hackintosh. Some quick specs of that hackintosh: - Intel DG31PR motherboard (using Realtek RTL8111-GR Gigabit Ethernet Controller) - Core 2 Duo 2.2GHz - 2GB Ram - EVGA 8800GTS 320MB - WD 250GB HD - Kalyway 10.5.2 w/new Kernel Everything is working great on the system. I am on the net posting this with the system so the LAN is working. I can see the other computers on my network in the Finder (2 windows, 2 real macs) and can get on the windows machines, but not the macs. The other macs can't see my hackintosh on the network either, but when I turn iTunes on, they can pick up my library and play the music. It doesn't go the other way though; I can't play their libraries with my mac. They don't show up in iTunes (yes sharing is on). This is frustrating as heck, someone please help! Thanks! phatpat
Well the HCL says you need to install a patch for the ethernet to work with Bonjour, have you tried that? Interested to hear how it goes, I'm thinking about using this board myself.
