juuni
It's been like this since yesterday when the iTunes 7.6.1 update came out. The 'Software Update' screens gets loaded and says 'New Software is available for your computer' BUT the list of updates is completely empty. If I go to Preferences/System Update, I see: "Last attempt: Failed. Error occured while checking." Anyone seeing this? Since when? Any idea what made Software Update suddenly {censored} out? NOTE: I'm on 10.5.1 and used to see the 10.5.2 update in the 'Software Update' screen. It's now blank (well, it all shows up ok, just that there's no item available anymore in the list). juuni
Sounds like I might have run into something that's not new: http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=6534367 Maybe it'll 'fix itself', if not, I'll have to dig in in a few days to see how to revive it... juuni
For the records: this problem disappeared today, my 'Software Update' works ok again. I didn't do anything, so might have been on Apple side.
