elmace
I have been trying since friday to install it, but I have not been able to get to the installation, after the F8, I type -v, and there is a lot of text scrolling for like 2 - 3 minutes and then reboots. What could be the problem. I have read that quite a lot, and it seems that kalyway 10.5.1 has problems installing from a IDE DVD Drive. I have an adapter from ide to sata, from a computer that I built for my brother, can I use that with my dvd drive and get a 2-channel SATA II Raid pci card along with the adapter. Or will an external dvd drive work?
