Slinger2g
Do you have SATA or IDE? It will work on both, but you will have to do manual patching for SATA after the install. Slinger2g
I installed it on a usb hdd first. Booted off that. Then moved AppleVIAATA.kext into IOATAFamily.kext. I had to add the dev/ven ID's to the VIA kext for the sata controller. Did the whole chown/chmod thing, and deleted mkext kextcache thing. Rebooted and bam! I then partitioned the internal hdd to MBR. Did a disk restore off the usb hdd to the internal hdd. Activated the partition in terminal and that was it. ~Sling Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/89760-tubgirl-10410-amd-test-1/#findComment-650885 Share on other sites
