nebuluz
Hi. I have a silly problem with my hackint0sh laptop. I want to use vanilla kernel, but when i do so it seems like my cpu only runs in 1ghz all the time. When i test speedstep kernel, acpithrottle etc the cpu run from 1-1.8ghz and i get lot better performance, about twice performance with xbench and cinebench etc. What i wonder is, is it possible to force the cpu speed when running vanilla kernel? Ive played around with sysctl and hw.frequency but seems impossible to change it that way. Any suggestions?
