odyssey2001
Hi all, I replaced my Mac Mini's internal hard drive with a 4GB compact flash card using a CF-to-SATA adapter. I am not able to create any partitions on this drive as the Mac OS X installer complains about the volume being too small to create a partition. I was able to install Ubuntu linux on the drive, but unfortunately I wasn't able too boot it. It just doesn't appear in the boot menu on startup. Does anyone know how to get a Linux system running on a 4GB drive? Thanks in advance, Odyssey Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/88725-creating-partitions-on-compact-flash-device/ Share on other sites
