Kids Posted February 18, 2008 Share Posted February 18, 2008 I installed 10.4.9, and reboot. first i can not start the system when it stoped in the gray apple screen, error is '10.4.9using 2621 buffer headers and 2621 cluster IO buffer headers'. after deleting "/System/Library/Extensions/ AppleACPIPlatform.kext , AppleAPIC.kext, IOFireWireAVC.kext , IOFireWireFamily.kext IOFireWireIP.kext,8 v( L) a8 e4 }1 y, ^; ?" G* Y IOFireWireSBP2.kext ,( u l% D* l! F* E, [( i IOFireWireSerialBusProtocolTransport.kext) {: m0 U$ }) o. l( X AppleEFIRuntime.kext",copying old edition, I can start it, but can not see anything. Kids Posted February 18, 2008 Author Share Posted February 18, 2008 My computer can not use another monitor,because it is notebook computer, and the VGA port is broken. when I start Mac with '-v', It shows unknown nVIDIA(My computer 's Graphics is NVIDIA GeForce4 4200 Go(Dell Mobile)), the last info is 'Can't get ethernet address', and screen stop at it, the music goes off.
