A quick question about fixing MBR

I tried to use Acronis OS Selector from within Vista that lives on the same machine as OSX leopard (different HD) and fried both drives' boot records.

Now my BIOS doesn't recognize either OS and won't boot the machine.

I think I can fix the Vista problem by using the install DVD (as soon as the manufacturer sends it to me, or I find an install DVD somewhere), but how do I go about fixing the OSX boot record? I installed it on an IDE drive and formatted the partition as Macintosh Journaled with MBR.

Is there a live CD I can use to boot and perform some operations on the disk?
