reruns Posted February 17, 2008 Share Posted February 17, 2008 Hi I got my ToH 10.5.1 to work than I did an update to 10.5.2 with the Kalyway combo update. Everything is ok, but now do I need a kernel update ,and also the graphics update?? mtotho Posted February 17, 2008 Share Posted February 17, 2008 yea u should get the kernel for 10.5.2 (assuming ur using vanilla) look it up on the bay, look for vanilla kernel package or whatever. reruns Posted February 18, 2008 Author Share Posted February 18, 2008 OK I did the graphics update and a acpi update (package),I rebooted and now I when i choose the leo bootup it just reboots machine , before updates I could get in with -v -x at boot prompt after hitting F8 , I had to do it that way because the bootup would would freeze at apple circle logo. OK so just asking again I had to re-install 10.5.1 now should I only do a kalyway combo update for now without any kernel updates since i am running sse2 P4?
