Gooly Posted February 9, 2006 Share Posted February 9, 2006 I have 10.4.3 wesleypatch_8f1111_v1.1. I tried to boot via my dvdrom i got this error .com.apple.boot.plist file not found. I used vmware and tried the installation, even then i got the same error. So, I added paevm=true to the configuration file (vmware). my dvd started working, but when i tried to boot the same dvd to install natively, i get the same plist error. Is it possible to install the os via vmware (physical disk option) and later use chain0 utility to boot the os?
