brunobat Posted February 9, 2006 Share Posted February 9, 2006 Hello, for all I have dowloaded Mac OS X x86 10.4.3 8F1111 DTK DVD.dmg and trasformed in .iso, also applied JaS 8F1111A Generic Patch v4.2b, and installed in native mode but not play and it says me "THIS HARDWARE DON'T SUPPORT MACOSX86 (Darwin) ON THIS COMPUTER" (3). The old version 10.4.1 patched, j have installed simply, why this release don't installed in native mode? help me? I will installed in native mode! My hardware:notebook fujtsu-siemens amilod fh380 P4 2.0 MHz (Northwood) ram 512 disk 30Gb: 1° partition winxppro+servicepack2 (20 Gb) - 2°partition formatted in HSF+ (10Gb) garphics video:ATI MOBILITY RADEON 7500 32 Mb. sam_the_killer Posted February 9, 2006 Share Posted February 9, 2006 remember that os x requires the primary partition of ur hard disk. so its my suggestion that first u remove all ur partitions, the create a 10gig partition for Mac OS X. then install mac OS X on it. Then u use the remaining 20 gig for ur Windows XP install. Then add the chain0 and alter boot.ini in order to make ur system dual bootable. maq Posted February 9, 2006 Share Posted February 9, 2006 osx should run fine on the 2nd partition, as long as it's primary.. i'm not sure what would be causing this error, though. perhaps someone else knows what's going on, but it might help if you provided more info.
