I notice great text drawing peformance boost after upgraded to 10.5.2 But no diff noticed after I applied the "Graphic upgrade" package. MitchBomcanhao Posted February 15, 2008 Share Posted February 15, 2008 actually it might not have changed at all. in my computer, the text rendering value is always much higher (like 300 to 500) if i run xbench more than one time in a row. most other test values go up also, but just slightly. omniron Posted February 15, 2008 Share Posted February 15, 2008 On my Nvidia 8800GT, my OpenGL score increased significantly, about 1.6x faster than before. I'm sure everything else was better too, but I didn't really look, because they were fast enough already.
