Alby128 Posted February 13, 2008 Share Posted February 13, 2008 Anyone who have a motherboard with a nForce 5 chipset can tell me how to install the Kalyway without insert the parameter "cpus=1" at boot? I can start installation only with "-v -x -legacy cpus=1"... The problem is I can boot the system (after the installation, too) only with "-legacy cpus=1", otherwise the system has a kernel panic (AppleEFIRuntime sometimes, despite panics are casual and many are not recurrent...). How I could turn on both cores of my CPU? Can someone help me? My hardware list is in my signature...
