G'day there all. First post. Woo!

Anyways, I was just wondering if someone could give me a hand with this. I'm pretty new to OSX86, and after years of trying to make my windows look like OSX I did a search on the net. Anyways, long story short, I downloaded Mac.Nub's OSx86 10.4.10 Install Disc Version 1 Revision 5. First go I chucked it in and booted the CD. The installer worked, and it verified the CD fine, but when it came to actually installing, it came up with a "Disc Error. Please Restart." Now I registered here and had a look, and a few people had success with burning via different programs at very slow speeds. So I did this. DVD Decrypter at 2x. Still no luck.

It always seems to freeze up at the "Essentials" section while it is installing. Now the MD5 checks out fine, so it can't be a corrupt disc (at least I hope not, I don't want to go through downloading that all again :)) Would anyone be as knowledgable and kind as to help, or even explain a reason for it doing this?

My computer is a Dell Dimension 3000 (last years purchase :) )

Specs Are:

Dell Dimension 3000

Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2 (build 2600)

Intel Pentium 4 2.80ghz

1GB Ram

Maxtor 2B020H1 20gb Formatted to HFS+ (Hard drive to boot OSX on)

PHILIPS DVD+-RW DVD8701 DVD-+DL RW Drive

Dell Computer Corp. 0TC666 Motherboard (???) - Not sure if this is right or not, just what Belarc is telling me

I'm not sure if there needs to be anything else, if there is more info needed please just ask.

Thanks in advance!
