Powertrip
Looking to build a box as close to the Mac Pro specs as possible... So, Is http://www.newegg.com/product/product.aspx...N82E16813121044 about as close to the Apple mobo as one can get? Second, what is the form factor of the Mac Pro motherboard? TIA! Powertrip
I guess I need to be a bit more specific about what my situation is: I *have* an Apple mainboard and CPUs.. I don't have a case though... I just wondered if there was a form factor that the Apple board complied with though I figure it's probably just an Apple proprietary setup. I know that many chipsets work and many many different setups are known to be solid osx86 systems but I'd like to get as close to the real Apple thing as possible if I can't find a way to use this mobo. I've got to put those Xeons to good use somehow Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/87234-mainboard-questions/#findComment-622331 Share on other sites
