My hard drive is not showing up at all in the MAC OSX 10.5 installation. :)

I have an AMD PC, but this installation was patched for AMD

I tried making a FAT32 partition and I tried the unallocated space trick but nothing is working...

Pointers on what to do is greatly appreciated... :)

Thx!

The partition must be HFS+, on MBR or GUID

SticMAN

same thing happend to me, I don't know how to fix that. But I made a temporary fix and got it working by putting my IDE hard drive into a usb adapter and installing it via usb. During the setup I went to utilities and opened the disk manager, formatted the Hard Drive with MBR, mac journal and it then detected it through USB. I'm running Leopard with sound and internet working now.
