Mike Nash
After sucessfully following the 10.5.2 upgrade discussion I had a working system that also enabled my Broadcom airport card for the first time as a 3rd Party card Everything on my Lenovo T60 thinkpad now works correctly appart from one interesting side effect. The Inbuilt keyboard and mouse have stopped working. Extenal usb ones are working perfectly. This leads me to believe it is the controller but then it is interesting that usb one works. I have tried the old AplleKeyboard and AppleMouse KEXT's and rebuilt the cache and permissions. Also the PS2 kext but no change. Any ideas ? shamrock73
Hi I managed to solve this issue by reinstalling previous version of AppleACPIPlatform.kext I suggest you use cmd shell to replace it and run following commands afterwards: sudo -s kextload -t AppleACPIPlatform.kext kextcache -k /System/Library/Extension Afterward be sure to reboot using " -f " option to ignore previously cached kext keyb+mouse work now for me, hope it helps
