megavolkan
Hi everyone. On 10.5.1 HCL found here MSI P965 Neo listed as working with Kalyway 10.5.1 DVD. It's said IDE is not working so one should have a SATA DVD drive (and IDE ports should be empty) to avoid /com.apple.boot. plist error. Is there anyone tried this way?? if so I will get a SATA dvd, but need info about bios settings and details of installation. Is there a way to contact the one who wrote this on HCL. Please contact me and i will spread the word Any help is appreciated. Thanks
aliab
Hello I have got a very close to vanilla install so i think 965 and ich8 and CD2 the best hardware see my post about this board INTEL DQ9656gf No problem with a sata dvd Bios settings should be the defaults but set to AHCI you should also check the "legacy" USB setting ON in order to control your keyboard and mouse during the install i recommand to install first with kalyway then perform a better install with terminal from kalyway install Let me known about your resulst as the MSI p965 is not so expensive Thank's
