Can anyone suggest a solution for me?

I want to install OSx in my PC, but I don't know what to do.

 

here is the hardware of my PC

CPU:Intel P4 3.0GHz (can support SSE2 and SSE3)

Motherboard:IBM(chipset is i865/PE/G/i848P)

RAM:Dual channel, DDR 200(not sure) 512MB

HDD:120GB (PATA)

 

please suggest a solution for me~

 

although my hardware is not allow to install OSx,

please suggest a hardware list and also a guide for me.
