OSX86onToshibaSatellite
Hello all I have got a Toshiba Satellite L40 14N. http://de.computers.toshiba-europe.com/cgi...shibaShop=false I Read that its possible with JaS to Install OSX86 on a extern HDD. So i took a 12GB HDD and tried to install Mac OS X on it. But: 1.When i tried to start the JaS DVD, first it printed at the Monitor that i should press any Key to install OSX86. I did but then my Notebook restartet. So i tried another time but it always Restarted. 2.I decided to install OSX from another PC to the HDD. On a Pentium 4 Medion the DVD worked and so i installed. Then i took the HDD to my Notebook and tried to boot from it. But there the White screen with the Apple-Logo came and then my Laptop restarted again. Itried another time and it restarted again and again. What can i do to get OSX86 Tiger running on my Toshiba Laptop?? Thx for all. OSX86onToshibaSatellite PS:Sorry for my bad English, i'm from Austria! EDIT: I Burned my JaS on a DVD-RW. Is that a Problem?

Dash-T
Can you re-burn it on a DVD-/+R (not -/+RW)? Try that first and see if it helps.
