tripleh3lix18 Posted February 9, 2008 Share Posted February 9, 2008 hey everyone. I finally got my High End PC last week. I'm dying to put OSX on a new Partition. I know there are other threads about this, but I don't seem to understand the Kalyway install. I mean I followed guides and just dont seem to understand exactly what to do. My system specs are, Intel Core 2 Q6600 2.4ghz, 4gb's of ram, 500gb HD, Nvidia 8800GT. If someone can please help me, has AIM or any type of messenger, that would be awesome. thanks. Jean-Philippe Posted February 10, 2008 Share Posted February 10, 2008 Whats wrong with the guides? Get Kalyway 10.5.1, put it on a DVD, run the install. There you go. You'll then need some drivers and the nvinject installer for 8800GT. You might want to use EFI too, juste follow the guide about it. What is your motheboard? It says get a bootloader if your running it on a seperate partition which im doing and i have no other money left to buy another drive for now . so another partition would have to do for now. and i downloaded some grub bootloader and i had no clue what to do you had to build the program yourself so i have no idea im completely lost.
