mr_mac Posted February 8, 2008 Share Posted February 8, 2008 Hello After instaling JAS 10.4.8, I can't get my Lan working I don't get any error message during instalition. Just by going to the system preferences i can see that "the cable is not plugged-in", witch is not true. I have a SIS 191 Lan on board. Can anybody help me? You are not in a windows environment, where device makers supply drivers for their stuff, or it simply won't sell, you are "out on the edge" with little, or no manufacturer support. It is entirely up to you to determine the suitability of your hardware to do this thing. EEPROM reading isn't yet fixed, as well as Reading SMI Registers failed. are you willing to participate in development/testing?
