First off, thanks to everyone for all your great efforts in helping this community...for development purposes!! haha My Specs: DELL PRECISION M60 Pentium M 2.0Ghz Quadro FX GO 1000 1.5 DDR RAM Sigmatel Audio BCM43XX, Broadcom Wireless // WORKS AFTER EASY PATCH INSTALL NO CODE NEEDED I USED Up HUCK 10.4.9 1.0iR2....Selected the needed configuration, and it installed WONDERFULLY!! Accelerated Support on CARD WAS GOOD(QE/CI). The ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS IF I PUT A CD OR DVD, IT DOESN'T MOUNT IT. I cant even look in it. It's like it's not recognizing the CD DRIVE, its a SONY, I forget the exact model. When I LOOK IN ABOUT MAC, MORE INFO...UNDER CD R...IT SAYS NOT LISTED OR INSTALLED....BEFORE ON MY prior JAS INSTALLATION it would have CD-R and what types of formats it suppported. When I previously used the JAS 10.4.8 SS2/3 , it was working post installation. So im not sure what the problem is or how to fix it!! HELP PLEASE!!!! HELP PLEASE!!! Slinger2g Posted February 8, 2008 Share Posted February 8, 2008 Make the CD/DVD drive the master and your hdd the slave on your IDE primary port. It should be all good from there. The only editable thing i can do regarding the CD/DVD drive in the BIOS is the order in which to boot. I think.
