nairpicmacos Posted February 7, 2008 Share Posted February 7, 2008 Here's how you can make leopard recognize your correct size HDD partition. Plug SATA cable of the HDD into the purple Jmicron port not the yellow port. And let DVD-ROM SATA cable pluged into yellow SATA port. Leopard will recognize your hard disk size correctly (not 128GB). Do not change any setting in BIOS leave SATA mode as IDE not AHCI otherwise you'll end up with "waiting for root device" error. As far as I see installation of Leo takes muuuch less than before.
