Hey all,

Just planning on installing Leopard tonight, hopefully it goes better than my first attempt at OSx86 a few years ago where it wiped out my MBR and just totally screwed things up :censored2:

My hardware:

Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L

Intel E2160

OCZ Platinum 2x1GB Ram

500GB Sata, 250GB IDE

BenQ 8x DVD Burner

XFX 8800GT

Now for the few questions:

I have the 250GB HD as all data right now, kind of want to keep it that way, as for the 500GB HD, I currently have it as 25GB for XP, and the rest for data on a different partition.

I'm wanting to install Leopard and Vista to run a tri boot machine, hopefully that all works out!

Now, to create a tri boot, I'm going to have to rip out of my ~475GB Partition, and create two new partitions? How big should I leave for OSX, I was thinking about 20GB for OSX and 25GB for Vista??

There are a few drivers kicking around here that will allow me to read/write to NTFS partitions right?

As for the hardware, is there any problems I could be running into with the setup above? From what I've figured out the LAN may not work properly without some tweaking, and that 5.1 audio doesn't work? Anything else?

Also here is what I need to do correct?

1) Create some new partitions, one for Vista and one for Leopard, make the Vista one "active," and then install Leopard, then install vista?

2)Hope it works ;)

Thanks for all the help!
