mattc908 Posted February 3, 2008 Share Posted February 3, 2008 Hey I'm using Kalaway DVD, I insert and have it boot from disk, only problem is it has the Darwin x86 thing, than after that it just sits and does nothing any help? -Dell Inspiron 5100 1gb Ram 2.4ghz pentium 4 Radeon 7500 (Almost positive) 40gb HDD Thats really the only things that should matter correct? fiteon Posted March 10, 2008 Share Posted March 10, 2008 Hello Mattc908, I have practically the same hardware spec as yours and haven't seen (or read about) a successful install of Leopard on our Inspiron 5100's (as of yet). I am currently running 10.4.8 Jas just fine (trying to get to 10.4.10 using Koolkal's SSE2 update...)...If you happen to get Kalaway Leopard to run, I'd be interested too! Don't want to download the DVD unnnecessarily if it don't work....
