Currently there exists no Mosaic port for Windows. But I assume it's only a matter of time before someone thinks of a way to emulate the effect, much like how nearly all of Vista's effects have been replicated in XP.

 

Speaking of screensavers, people don't really use screensavers to conserve monitor power consumption anymore, (there's the automatic screen standby mode for that) so there are lots of cool things you can do to your desktop. In Vista Ultimate, you can use an active desktop feature called Dreams, which creates a moving "DreamScene" on your desktop, a much better alternative to regular screen savers and static wallpapers.
