mrrrl Posted February 2, 2008 Share Posted February 2, 2008 I installed Kalyway 10.5.1 and my system is working well. I started Time Machine and it seems to be working. I can open the backup drive and see all the backups its doing. But when I try to open Time Machine from the dock it just opens two finder windows on the desktop. Then it looks like it tries to open the Time Machine background it comes up from the bottom of the screen and then stops a couple of inches up. I can close the two windows and I go back to the main screen. I did a search and came up mt handed. All were dealing with Time Machine not working, but mines seems to be working just not the interface. Any ideas? TIA Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

saccy Posted August 3, 2008 Share Posted August 3, 2008 Help i have the same problem also, i have 10.5.3 installed with nvinject 0.2.1. Time Machine is backing up my files but when i click on the TM icon on the dock, it wont load the interface and lags, i would show u a screenshot.. but when i take a screen it turns out to be all black. TM was working fine in 10.5.2 =x FIXED!: i got NVInstaller v.52 and installed the vanilla and 320mb for my 8800gts xxx 320mb card and everything is fine now. Hope this helps!
