Hi all,

 

I put together my new system from the ground up today (the 2nd system I have built), and I've run into some problems. When I turn the computer on, it sounds like everything is powering up (DVD drive works, hard drive appears to be working, all the fans are working including CPU, and there's a green LED light that turns on on the mobo).

 

Unfortunately nothing shows up on the monitor (it just says no signal). I've checked and double checked to make sure the RAM, Processor and Video card are all seated properly. I've tried disconnecting everything except the power, CPU/fan, RAM, and video card and it still has the same result: no signal.

 

I don't know if I have a faulty part, if I've just made a mistake during building, or if it's something else all together. Here are the parts I used, in the event that something doesn't work well together. I bought all of these from newegg.com so you can search and find more details on each part there:
